The protagonist of the Capsule Collection is Raffaello, a model worn by Diane herself, presented in three new combinations of acetate and lenses, designed together by Luca Gnecchi Ruscone and Diane von Furstenberg. Each model of the collaboration capsule is made in an exclusive pattern of tortoiseshell cellulose acetate combined with gradient photochromic Barberini tempered mineral glass lenses.

The sunglasses are housed in a chic Black Saffiano Leather case, entirely handmade in Florence by skilled artisans, featuring an adjustable strap that can be worn over the shoulder or crossbody. The case’s button closure also suits it perfectly for holding a smartphone. The customized packaging includes a microfiber pouch, a cleaning cloth, and a personalized box, all showcasing DVF’s 50th-anniversary crossword print as a distinctive element.
