This model uses a newly manufactured Japanese 3-base polycarbonate lens. The characteristic of this lens, which is 4mm thick, has led to an original design in which a metal rim is embedded around the outer periphery of the lens. The temples are made of beta titanium temples with tip cells, newly manufactured from a mold. The overall look is minimalist and modern, but the lens shape is deliberately a classic Boston shape to achieve a balanced design
