Frame body cold rolled from 6mm thick Titanium block by reduction of the cross-sectional area in application of compressive forces through massive 630tons pressing rolls. Titanium Grade 1 alloy boasted Ultimate Tensile Strength of 850 MPa. A ground-breaking procedure developed by MASSADA. Microstructure is refined. Creative process enhancing dislocations and reducing grain slip and size from 500 µm down to 50 µm. Directional crystal structure ensures superior resistance to deformation, elastic stiffness and unparalleled smoothness in touch and look.
